UX Architect & Design Director

As the UX Architect and Design Director at Netgear from July 2018 to June 2021, I was responsible for a complete refresh of the apps and services. This includes full audits of the existing systems, defining a common component strategy, development of platform recommendations, and process improvements. I lead teams of external vendors, research, design, conceptual development, prototyping, product innovation, and service integration.

Core to this work was developing and implementing an atomic Digital Design System that included: version control, updated collaboration tools, iconography and illustration, and a documentation environment.

Products include: Orbi, Nighthawk, Meural, Pro Gaming, and Insight Small Business.
